The founding team brings deep expertise in industrial automation, robotics, Web3, and DePIN:

• Giuseppe De Luca, CEO – Giuseppe has spent the last five years working on DePIN at the intersection of IoT and blockchain, serving as Developer Relations and Business Development Lead at IoTeX. Self-taught, with a background in communication, he brings a practical understanding of how to build and grow real-world Web3 systems from the ground up.

• Simone Romano, CTO – Founder of a robotics and engineering firm with over 15 years in machine vision, industrial automation, and robotics. Holder of 4 industrial patents. Former Lead Developer Relations at IoTeX and expert in blockchain and DePIN integration. Blockchain veteran with strong research-level experience in DePIN architecture and protocol design.

• Aaron Basi, CMO - Aaron is a product leader in crypto and AI. At IoTeX, he helped launch a crypto wallet, DEX, and DePINscan, playing a key role in advancing the DePIN movement. Aaron frequently speak on platforms like Mario Nawfal’s X Spaces, and his work has been featured in Cointelegraph and Forbes. Before crypto, he built Drive AI, a SaaS platform used by over 200 car dealerships in Canada, generating nearly $6M in annual revenue.
